Words Grown from Southern Roots
I’ve spent my life in small Southern towns, surrounded by fields, front porches, and family stories. Those moments—quiet mornings, hard work, laughter around the table—shape every poem and short story I write. My work is less about a place on the map and more about the people, memories, and faith that stay with you wherever you go.
It was a privilege to be highlighted in a recent issue of JNOW magazine.
